1. How long does it take to have my logo ready?

   It takes 48 hours to make your logo ready after the order payment has been received. We send the logo with to you via email.

2. What kinds of file format of the logo do you provide to us?

   The logo will be delivered in printer friendly EPS and AI formats with Pantone colors applied.

3. After I purchase one logo, is this logo still offered to other customers?

   Yes, the logo is still in our logo catalog and available for offering to other customers.
   If you want to have your favorite logo exclusive, you can purchase exclusive package. The purchased logo will be removed from the catalog one they are purchased.

4. Do you have any support to the buyers?

   Of course, we provide technical support from our friendly technical team by email and phone from Mon-Fri 9:00am to 6:00pm.
